1. Platform Role

The Platform is a neutral technology service that enables users ("Growers") to create listings and post events.

The Platform:

• Does not produce, own, verify, or sell any goods or services
• Is not a party to any transaction or interaction between users
• Does not guarantee the legality, quality, safety, or accuracy of any listing or event

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws

3. User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for:

• All content, information, and materials they post
• Ensuring goods, services, and events are legal and compliant
• Obtaining all required permits, licenses, and approvals

4. Automated & AI Moderation

The Platform may use automated systems, including artificial intelligence and machine‑learning tools, to review, classify, and moderate user‑generated content.

These systems may generate audit logs and take actions such as flagging, restricting, ranking, or removing content. Automated moderation is not guaranteed to detect all violations.

5. No Verification or Endorsement

The Platform does not:

• Verify the identity, qualifications, or credentials of Growers
• Guarantee the authenticity, safety, or legality of any listing
• Endorse or recommend any user, event, or produce

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Platform is not liable for interactions between users
• No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by the user to the Platform in the prior twelve (12) months

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform, its directors, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or legal costs arising from:

• Your content or listings
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable laws or third‑party rights

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time:

• For violations of these Terms or related policies
• To comply with legal or regulatory obligations
• To protect users, the Platform, or public safety

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Where mandatory local consumer laws apply, those laws will prevail.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
